Cat Provenzano

Cat Provenzano is a first year Master’s student at Wake Forest University. She received a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and minors in Biology and Chemistry from Wake Forest in May of 2022. While an undergraduate, Cat participated in research on prosthetic hand development for children and the effects of HFpEF on cerebral blood flow and cognition. She also worked as an undergraduate TA in the human anatomy lab, as well as spent 3 years volunteering as a Spanish interpreter at Forsyth county’s Community Care Center. While pursuing her Master’s degree, Cat is interested in the use of technology in health care to optimize hospital care and improve patient-caregiver relationships. She is also the graduate teaching assistant for the Health and Exercise Science department’s human anatomy classes.
